Vegetables and vegetables cannot be missing in my home since they are a great nutritional contribution and the perfect complete for meals, I usually go to the supermarket every weekend to stock the pantry and one of the first places I arrive is the fruit and vegetable section to find the freshest pick.
Las verduras y vegetales no pueden faltar en mi hogar ya que ella son un gran aporte nutricional y el completo perfecto para las comidas, generalmente voy al supermercado todos los fines de semana para surtir la despensa y uno de los primeros lugares al que llego es la sección de frutas y verduras para buscar escoger las más frescas.
I always carry among the vegetables I buy; potatoes, tomato, onion, paprika, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, carrot, pumpkin, cilantro, cerely, leek, cabbage, banana, garlic, eggplant, pumpkin, beet, chard among others.
Siempre llevo entre las verduras que compro; papas, tomate, cebolla, pimentón, brocoli, coliflor, espinacas, zanahoria, auyama, cilantro, cerely, ajoporro, repollo, platano, ajo, berenjenas, calabacin, remolacha, acelga entre otros.

Luego de escoger las verduras más bonitas y frescas me dirijo a pesarlo todo para ya que voy calculado más o menos lo que quiero llevar y voy agregando al carrito del supermercado.
The Christmas holidays are approaching so today I got olives, with them I give a delicious touch to my salads.
Ya se acerca la temporada decembrina así que hoy conseguí aceitunas, con ella les doy un toque delicioso a mis ensaladas.
I also got some nice artichokes that my mom likes a lot so I bought them for her and prepared something delicious for her.
También conseguí una lindas alcachofas que le gustan mucho a mi mamá así que las compre para ella y prepararle algo rico.
I particularly prepare creams, salads, sautéed or baked vegetables and I try to combine flavors with legumes.
Yo particularmente preparo cremas, ensaladas, vegetales salteados o al horno y trato de combinar sabores con legumbres.
This supermarket is called mercasa, it is well stocked, it has everything you need to prepare delicious foods, here I leave you some of the vegetables that I was able to photograph my purchase today.
Este supermercado tiene como nombre mercasa, está bien surtido tiene de todo lo que necesitas para preparar ricos alimentos, acá les dejo algunas de las verduras que pude fotografías durante mi compra de hoy.
