All these are commonly known as Patal in our Bangladesh. Although its English name is pointed gourd, this green vegetable has a scientific name, Trichosanthes dioica, but I prefer to call it gourd. Because the name has a lot in common.

- Besan 100 grams
- 4 pieces of green pepper
- Peanuts 5-6
- Yellow is moderate
- Agar agar 20 grams
- Gura Masala in quantity

Step by step making plan
First I got all the necessary tools at hand. Then I peel the pods well with a knife.
I have shown a photo of the peeled skins, as well as a selfie.
First, cut the potatoes lengthwise into two pieces. Then I save the potal seeds. Along with this, I will finely chop the green chillies and peanuts. Here I will show a selfie. In the bowl containing agar agar and besan, I will add the peanuts first.
Here I have added green chillies. I added bit salt as much then I added salt as much and powdered masala
Here I have added quantity of turmeric and added 100 ml quantity of water. Mix all the ingredients well. Here I have mixed them well with two divided bottles.
Here I have given 250 gm oil of Kharti Soybean Oil.
After the oil is heated, the combined patties are fried. After that, I fried the bhajas on the reverse side. Then I took out the fried potals one by one from the pan and placed them on a plate. Shown here is a selfie.
