Today my husband was craving for this native Coconut Macroni which I rushed inside the kitchen and make the Receipe and it turns out very tasty and yummy.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳Two pieces of coconuts 🥥
🌳Eight pieces of fresh tomatoes
🌳One tablespoon of salt
🌳One tablespoon of grounded ginger
🌳one tablespoon of Dry Pepper
🌳One bulb of onions
🌳Half litre of Red oil
🌳Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this tasty native coconut Macroni pasta.
Firstly I break my coconut into pieces,washed it throughly and also washed my ingredients both fresh tomatoes and onions,sliced and chopped both of them and put a little water inside my pot and allow it to boil a little.
After some minutes of boiling, I added my Macroni pasta inside my boiling water and perboiled it a little,after a while ,I seived it out and then pour some red oil inside my pot and also pour a little water inside my blended coconut 🥥 and set aside.
I prepared all my ingredients and set them aside.
When my oil got heated a little,I added my sliced fresh tomatoes,chopped onions,my salt,dry pepper,my tablespoon of grounded ginger,and stir a little,
I now seived in my coconut water inside my cooking pot and stired a little,then when my water boiled very well,I added my perboiled Macroni and stired it very well and allow it to drain water.
After some minutes of cooking,my Native Coconut 🥥 pasta was ready.
And I dished it out for my husband to enjoy.
