Today being Sunday,my husband suggested I make this native cooked cocoyam served with oil bean Sauce which turns out very tasty and nutritional.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳One bowl of Cocoyam
🌳Half plate of Oil Bean
🌳Half litre of Red oil
🌳Four pieces of Fresh pepper
🌳One tablespoon of salt
🌳Two pieces of fresh pepper
🌳Few pieces of scent leaves
🌳one Bulb of onions
PROCEDURE USED
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this tasty Native Receipe.
Firstly I washed my cocoyam throughly,Washed my ingridients and then slice my onions and scent leaves and also pound my fresh pepper and also put a little water inside my pot and starts cooking my cocoyam.
I now prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
After a while of cooking my cocoyam,I added my salt and after a while,my cocoyam was ready and I seived it out and then peel it and set aside,I now put my pot on fire and also added my red oil,then added my chopped onions and fresh tomatoes,
I also added my fresh pepper,Salt ,scent leaves and lastly Added my oil bean and stired very well,
After a while of stiring it,my oil bean sauce was ready.
I now dished it out for my husband to enjoy.
