Today my husband was craving for this Banga Native rice served with unripe plantain and I decided to make it for him very Snappy and it turns out Very tasty and delicious.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳Three cups of Rice
🌳One piece of Unripe plantain
🌳One bulb of onions 🧅
🌳Few pieces of Fresh pepper
🌳Few pieces of Vegetable Leaf
🌳Two pieces of Ginger
🌳One piece Garlic 🧄
🌳Half Plate of Red oil
🌳One tablespoon of salt
🌳one tablespoon of curry powder
🌳Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this tasty Native Banga rice served with Unripe plantain.
Firstly I put a little water inside my pot,and allow it to boil,then I washed my rice throughly and seive it out,After seiving it,my water boiled,and I added my washed rice inside my boiling water and starts perboiling my rice,then I covered my pot.
I now washed my ingredients,pour my ginger and garlic and then added my fresh pepper and pounded it very well,I now peel my unripe plantain,washed it and then seive out my perboiled rice.
I prepared all my Ingredients and set aside.
I now put my dry pot on fire,pour in my red oil,chopped onions,pounded fresh pepper with ginger and garlic,and my curry spice and stir a little,
I now added my tablespoon of salt and stir and then pour a little water and allow it to boil,After a while ,I pour in my perboiled rice and stir very well and then cover my pot and after a while,my Banga rice was about to drain water
I now added my sliced vegetable’s and after a while my Amazing Native Banga rice was Ready,
I now pour in a little water and starts cooking my unripe plantain and after a while of cooking my unripe plantain.
It was ready and I seived it out .
I now dished out Food which was very Tasty And Delicious.
