Vegan Recipe :
Hello hive,how are you all? Hopefully all are well in a sound health. I am here again today another vegetarian recipe, hope everyone will like it. We all in our family like to eat vegetables. So thats reason the winter vegetable of cabbage and carrot is my most favourite vegetable . Especially i like to eat this vegetables in different ways. I like to eat vegetables in everyday.
Now I will tell the qualities of cabbage and carrot.Cabbage is rich in antioxidants. Its phytonutrients revitalize cells, reduce cell inflammation, reduce swelling; It is believed to help prevent cancer, heart disease, diabetes and Alzheimer's. Its fiber helps in digestion as well as lowers bad cholesterol and keeps blood sugar under control.
Carrots are rich in Vitamin A. Beta carotene in carrots helps in improving eyesight. Prevents problems like other eye problems, vision loss etc.
I don't always like to eat one type of vegetables so sometimes i like to cook vegetables in different ways. So today i m going to share all of you guys my most favourite ,and very delicious Cabbage and Carrot soup recipe. I hope everyone will like this recipe. So let's share the recipe.
- Coconut Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Cabbage - half of one
- Carrot - 1
- onions - 1 Chopped
- Black Paper Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 Chopped
- Salt - To Taste
- Tomatto Sauce - 2 Tablespoon
- Cornflour - 1 Tablespoon
- Coriander Leaves - As Needed
- Green Chilli - 2 pic
- Water - On Necessary
Here I have taken all the ingredients needed to make this delicious Cabbage Carrot Soup.Here I washed the cabbage and carrot well and cut them into small pieces.
Here I have mixed the cornflower with 1/3 cup of water.
Here I have put 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan in the oven. Then in this oil I will add chopped garlic and fry them for 1 minute.
Now I will give chopped onions, then add chopped cabbage, chopped carrots.Then fry them for about 1 minute.
Now I will add all the rest of the ingredients and add enough water.
After adding water, I will cook them for 3 minutes and then add cornflower mixed water to this soup.
After adding the cornflowers, when the soup thickens slightly, I remove the soup from the stove with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Our Delicious and supper healthy cabbage and carrots soup is ready. It turned out to be very testy,the whole family enjoyed it very much. You can also try this soup. Wishing everyone good health, i am leaving today.good bye everyone and take care.
