I,m going to share a sweet recipe.Happy day start with a sweet recipe of chickpeas pulse or booter halwa.It was very easy recipe and preserved it long time. Eid a special day so today main recipe was our is dessert i,m cooked many type of dessert and Share one of dessert recipe.Now i,m described my cooking step.
2.Sugar - 1/2 kilogram
3.Nuts -1/2 cup
4.cinnamon - 2-3
5.White fruit -2
6.Orange color 1 tablespoon
7.salt - 1 tablespoon
8.Oil.
First i,m going to take all ingredients. Arranged all ingredients its most important so i will get all ingredients. I,m get 1 tablespoon orange color, 1 kilogram chickpeas pulse and 2-3 hour's before cooking deep it in water.Get some nuts and 1/2 kilogram sugar.
Then i,m start my cooking take a pan to boiled all pulse.So Take a pan there i,m put 1 or 2 cup of water. Also give all spices 2-3 cinnamon and 2 white fruit. Also add 1 tablespoon Orange color. For that the color was looking good.
I,m always try to use our traditional elements. So today i,m paste the boiled pulse in our traditional hand grinder. I,m paste it there. Paste all pulse and keep it in a bowl.
Now i,m fry some nuts. Then keep it. I,m going to take a pan and start to make sugar syrup. I,m give some water into the pan. Then give nuts and 1/2 kilogram sugar. When boiled it until the color was become light brown color.After making sugar syrup i,m give paste chickpeas pulse into the syrup,add some oil and stir it until the it was become sticky and dark.When it was make i, m keep it in tray.
Making the halwa shape for the first i,m give some oil in tray. Then put all cooked halwa or dessert. Now i,m cut first straight line and again cut curved line. The Rhombus shape was make. Traditional hlawa or chickpeas pulse dessert was make. Rhombus shape halwa was look good and taste was also delicious.
