Chickpea Stew with Fried Tempeh and Carrots
This morning, I started waking up late, so I missed my breakfast. Usually in these few days I prepare date oatmeal or a healthy breakfast smoothie. I started reducing heavy breakfasts in the morning. Well, reducing this time doesn't mean not eating at all. If I want to occasionally I also prepare heavy food, such as white rice and eggs. Seeing that there were only beans and tempeh in the refrigerator, I had the idea to process them into a spectacular dish and I was definitely excited to enjoy it.
Today I want to prepare chickpeas in an unusual way, I will combine chickpeas with tempeh. I made bean stew with a crunchy texture. Then sprinkled with tempeh sauce, this combination really makes a luxurious dish that I want to enjoy this afternoon. For those of you who are used to stir-frying green beans, try making something different in the kitchen.
