The mango season has arrived, well, to be more precise, the fruit season, in my area there are lots of fruits that are being harvested on a large scale. Mangoes are no exception, I even got this mango for free from my friend's house. Well I visited my best friend's house some time ago. He presented me with some very sweet mangoes. I don't know why, mango is always tempting isn't it?, especially one with a soft and creamy texture like this mango. I'm not sure what type of mango this is, but it's very tasty. Even when it's still young, it's already sweet, especially when a tree is ripe like this, I can't even describe it.
After yesterday eating this mango langsun, I took the initiative to make a different mango preparation. Looks like a cold dessert as a side dish for the main meal this afternoon would be great. An idea emerged to make a mango dessert with a combination of coconut milk.

Materials Used
1 mango
1 sachet of unflavored jelly powder
700 ml liter of water
Instant coconut milk 65 ml
5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
Yellow coloring (optional)
This pudding consists of 2 layers, I just added yellow coloring in it. For those of you who don't like coloring, you can make the first layer without coconut milk, and use the second layer using coconut milk. So, since you are curious about this simple procedure, let's start cooking!
Preparatory Steps
Step 1
Cut the mango into cubes, then set aside first.
Step 2
Put it in the jelly powder pan, then add the sugar.
Step 3
Add water, then add instant coconut milk, stir until evenly distributed.
Step 4
Turn on the stove and then cook the jelly until it boils.
Step 5
After boiling, turn off the stove and divide the dough into two. Put the mango in a container then flush with the cooked jelly.
Step 6
Store in the freezer for a while so it hardens quickly. Then the remaining jelly in the cooking pan again and add yellow coloring.
Step 7
After boiling, turn off the stove, check if the first layer has hardened, add the yellow layer on top, add jelly until all surfaces of the first layer are covered.

Mango pudding layered coconut milk is ready to be enjoyed, this dessert is very fresh. Natural mango which tastes very sweet blends perfectly with coconut milk, it is sweet and very soft. The sweetness is just right, now for those of you who like it sweeter, you can add more sugar to it. However, because I don't like too sweet food, this is perfect.
Actually, you can cook this pudding for a while while the jelly mixture starts to boil. However, I prefer fresh and whole mangoes here without cooking. So I just put the mango in the final mold container. I think mangoes put in jelly like this are much better than cooked. So, everyone returns to their own tastes, right? So, choose the cooking method that you like, both of these methods won't be bad at all.
Now for those of you who want to make a simple dessert from fresh fruit and ripe trees. Please save this recipe, and make it for the best dish at your home.
