Soybeans are a type of legume with a million benefits. In my country, soybeans are often processed into various foods and drinks, even used as cooking spices. Previously, I shared a vegan drink recipe made from processed soybeans. But this time I will make these soy beans as a crunchy snack and definitely very tasty
Soybean chips or what is often known as peanut brittle, is one of the processed initiative recipes that is often used as a family snack when the rainy season arrives. The salty and savory taste makes this snack very delicious, besides that the crunchy texture of the chips makes this snack a taste that can never be replaced with other snacks. As a fried food lover I always enjoy this when leisure time starts to arrive at home. I enjoy this dish with my usual glass of lemon drink, so I can detoxify the fried snacks I enjoy.
Ingredients Used
200 grams of soybeans
2 spoons of tapioca flour
1 teaspoon of salt
5 pieces of lime leaves
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Softened Seasoning
2 candlenuts
1 teaspoon coriander
Cooking Steps
Step 1
Wash and soak the soybeans for 40 minutes, then blend the spices as finely as possible. Then prepare the rice flour and tapioca flour, add salt and mix well.

Next, add the chopped lime leaves, then add the ground spices to the flour.

Stir well, then add the yellow beans that have been soaked. Then add a tablespoon of cornstarch (optional)

Then, add enough water to stir evenly until the mixture is not too runny and not too thick, don't forget to add a teaspoon of turmeric powder.

Next, heat a little cooking oil, then fry the dough on the edge of the pan, then splatter the oil evenly.
Step 6
Fry until brownish yellow turn and remove. Then store it in an airtight container so that the chips last longer or are crunchy.
