Pizza Banana and Dates
Pizza is a fast food dish originating from Italy, now this pizza itself is in great demand by many people, from children to adults. You can find pizza with various kinds of meat or vegetables everywhere. Even in my area pizza is very easy to get, usually a lot of it is sold by home entrepreneurs or in the nearest cake shops.
If previously I have made processed pizza from corn and peppers, this time I will make something different. You have never found a pizza with a sweet variant, have you? Enjoying baked pizza with a naturally sweet variant of vegetable products is very rare for you to find in stores. Moreover, made from vegan, here I want to display and strengthen the banana flavor in the use of toppings. The use of bananas, dates and also chocolate is the best alternative when combining the three to become a spectacular topping in a pizza dish.
Ingredients For Pizza Dough
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 1.5 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon fermipan
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 150 ml of water
- ΒΌ salt
Toppings Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 4 dates
- A pinch of dark chocolate (optional)
Preparing pizza is very easy, especially with simple ingredients that you can easily find at home. Now, before preparing the pizza topping, I will prepare the dough to make the pizza bread first.
Preparation Procedure
Making Pizza Bread
- The first preparation is mixing fermipan with warm water, then adding granulated sugar, stirring until evenly distributed, until the sugar dissolves.
- After it dissolves, let it stand for about 10 minutes or until it's frothy, so don't forget to close the lid when you let it stand.
- Prepare the flour then add a little salt (optional) then add fermipan which has been bubbly, don't forget to stir it before mixing it with the flour.
- Knead until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky to hands. Add cooking oil evenly then mix again.
- After the dough is good, round the dough and let it rest for 1 hour. Cover the dough with a napkin or plastic wrapping.
- After the dough has rested for 1 hour the dough, divide the dough into 6 parts, now here I made a mini pizza.
- Shape and flatten the dough like pizza in general, prick it with a fork or whatever then let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After the dough expands, add the toppings, so here I first cut the toppings into pieces according to taste. I cut the flat bananas and dates into small pieces.
- First I sprinkle the seres all over the pizza then arrange it as best I can. Add dates and bake for 20 minutes at 150 degrees.
Result
Banana dates pizza is ready to eat, the taste is very delicious sweet and savory and the bananas and dates give off the best aroma this time. I really like this one dish, the pizza bread has a soft vertex and the chocolate topping is also the best.
So here I only bake 2 slices of pizza, 4 of which I keep in the fridge so I can make it again in the future easily. It's really delicious and I recommend it for those of you who like bread with sweet variants, especially for pizza lovers, in my opinion, you really have to try this.
