Spinach is a vegetable that is very easy to find anywhere, and it is very easy to grow it, in our area, quite a lot of spinach can be found and the price is very cheap.
In addition to many benefits and also affordable for the price .
For the spinach itself, it has several types of colors, including green spinach, namely spinach with green leaves and stems, red spinach with red leaves and stems.And the spinach is a mixture of red and green for the leaves and stems mixed in color,And mixed colored spinach or commonly called spinach Loreng with red and green color.
For its own properties it is very good for us friends, it can prevent cancer and contains amino acids, and there are also vitamins C and E,And many more benefits.
MATERIAL
- Green/red red spinach 1 fish
- Tomato 1 fruit
- Green chilies 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 sium
- Red onion 1 sium
- Salt 1/5 tablespoo
- Water to taste
- Oil eat 2 tablespoons
STEP 1
- Clean the spinach leaves from the roots and wash them clean
- Then for the chilies and onions thinly sliced according to taste
STEP 2
Heat the oil, then when it's hot, add the chilies and shallots and white onions, fry until slightly wilted red
STEP 3
Then add enough water, then wait for the water to boil
STEP 4
When the water is boiling, add the spinach, then add the salt and tomatoes that have been cut into small pieces
Then stir until evenly distributed and correct for the taste.
Don't cook the spinach for too long, just 2 minutes, so the vegetables don't get too soft later.
