Today I want to make fritters from potatoes that are delicious and tasty, this is one of my husband's favorites, because there are a few leftover potatoes at home, I just want to make.
Let's immediately make delicious and savory potato fritters :
- Potatoes 3 pieces
- Cornstarch 3 tablespoons
- Leek 1 stalk
- Celery leaves 1 stalk
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Ground pepper
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Fried shallots 2 SDM
first I will clean the potatoes, then we cut them a little thinly and wash them thoroughly and fry them until they are reddish in color, and set them aside for a while
then while waiting for the potatoes to no longer be hot, I immediately chopped the spring onions and celery finely, and For the garlic, grind until smooth
Then we mash the potatoes until smooth, then add the crushed garlic, spring onions and celery, cornstarch and fried onions,salt, stir until evenly mixed
next, we just need to shape the mixed potatoes according to what we want, then fry until the color turns reddish, and are ready to be served
This is the menu that my family likes the most, with a delicious and savory taste that allows us to use up a lot of rice at home, you must make it, friends, and the way to make it is easy and fast.
