Hello everyone,I'm here to show you how I prepared beans and boiled potatoes for breakfast.beans provides protein,fiber,iron and antioxidants that make a healthful addition to the diet.
ingredients
4 cups of beans
3 pieces of potatoes
Salt to taste
1 onions
1/2 sachet of grinded pepper
4 green beans
3 cooking spoon of Palm oil
Water
cooking process
I poured my beans inside the tray.I picked out the dirty one by one and i poured it into the bowl.
I rinsed my beans and i poured out the water
I put my pot on fire,i poured water inside the pot and i poured my beans inside it.
I cut my onions and i sliced it with my knife
After that i poured my sliced onions inside the beans and i covered it to boil for 60mins.
After 60mins I opened it and i put my salt inside my beans then i mixed it with my cooking spoon
I covered it to steam for 30mins then opened my pot and I put my grinded pepper inside my bean then I covered it back to boil together.
While my beans was boiling,i rinsed mg green beans and i sliced it.
After 20mins i opened my pot, i rinsed my turning slick and i press my beans.then I poured my green beans inside it.
I poured my Palm oil inside my beans,i mixed it with my spoon and i covered it to steam.
My beans is ready
For my potatoes,i pilled the body,i cut it and i sliced it
I poured it a bowl,i put water inside it and i rinsed it
I put my pot on fire,i poured hot water inside it and i pour my potatoes inside the pot.i put a little salt
I covered it to boil for 30mins,i opened it and i sieve out the water.
