Hello everyone,welcome to a new week.today i will be showing you how i made rice snacks for lunch.
Rice provides carbohydrates fiber,protein and essential vitamins and minerals like vitamin B,iron and maganese.
The snacks is also healthy.rice snacks are also relatively low in calories and can be customizable with various topping if you wish.
ingredients
2 cups of leftover cooked rice
3 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of simas butter
1 tablespoon of salt
Half bottle of Vegetable oil
Little water
preparation
I poured my rice inside my blender, and i put my simas butter
I put a little water,i covered my blender,i plugged it and I pressed the minimum button.i grinded it for 1hr to make it fluffy
After grinding,i poured it inside a bowl and i put my baking powder
Then i mixed it together
I use my hand to mould it and i put it inside a flat plate
I put my frying pan on fire,i poured my vegetable oil and i fried my rice snack.i did that twice.after frying i used my frying spoon to bring it out and i put it inside a bowl.
Then i served it in two places.....
