Hello everyone, i'm here to show you how i prepare a delicious dish, garden egg sauce and rice. Garden egg is rich in fiber,folate and vitamin B. They support digestion,regulate blood sugar,blood pressure and contribute to heart health by lowering cholesterol.
ingredients
5 pieces of garden egg
2 cups of rice
2 tomatoes
7 red pepper
Half onions
1 cooking spoon of Vegetable oil
2 cooking spoon of red oil
1 tablespoon of curry
Salt to taste
Water....
preparation
I rinsed my garden eggs,i put them inside my pot and i put water
Then i put it on fire,i covered it to boil for 50mins
I sliced my onion, i rinsed my pepper and grater and i grate my pepper
I sliced the remain garden eggs
Afterwards, i checked my garden eggs to see it is soft,i removed it inside a bowl,i put a little water and i pill out flesh
After pilling everything,i put them in a pan, and i pounded it
I proceed to fry my sauce
I put my pot on fire,i poured my red oil,vegetable oil,and my pepper
I put little salt,i fried it for 5mins and i poured my garden eggs inside the pepper. I add little water to make it mix together
For my rice
I used a bigger pot,i poured water inside the pot and i rinsed my rice and i put salt. I covered my pot and i boiled my rice for 1hr to make it soft.
After 1hrs,i sieved out the water,i poured it back inside my pot and i covered it so that the water will dry off.
