ingredients
full bunch of waterleaf
1/2 of pasta
2 cooking spoon of red oil
1 onions
9 red pepper
Salt to taste
3 carrot

the preparation
I put my pot on fire,i poured warm water inside the pot and i cut my pasta inside the water.
I use my cooking spoon to stair it and i covered it to boil for 1hr
After 1hr i rinsed my sieve and i poured my pasta inside it to sieve out the water
I proceed to cut my carrot,i removed the dirt on the body with my knife,i slice it and i cut it into smaller section
I poured my pasta back inside the pot,i poured my carrot and i mixed it together
After that i proceed to prepare my vegetable,i removed the stick of my red pepper,i rinsed it and i poured out the water
I cut my onion,i cut it into two and i rinsed it and put it inside the red pepper
Then i rinsed my crater,i crate my pepper and onions and i poured it inside a small bowl
I cut out my waterleaf from the stick,i arranged it with my hand and i slice it with my knife
After slicing everything,i poured it inside a big bowl,i put lukewarm water and i put little salt
I mixed,i sieve out the warm water and i rinsed it thrice
I put my pot on fire,i poured my palm oil inside the pot,i poured my pepper and i covered it to fry for 30mins.
Then i poured my waterleaf inside it,i stair it with my cooking spoon and i left it to boil for 60mins.
