In the meantime, I would like to share with you how to prepare a perfect snack for tea time. This snack can be easily made with just a few ingredients. While many people use yeast as a leavening agent for this recipe, I prepared it differently. Let's find out what ingredients are needed to prepare this delicious snack.
Materials Used.
Wheat flour 100g.
1 Tablespoons of sugar.
1/4 teaspoon of Salt .
Water 150ml.
Coconut oil 150ml.
Method of making.
First we put a pot on the stove and add 150ml of water. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to it. Add salt to it.
Mix it up. When the water boils well, add wheat flour twice. Mix it well. After boiling the water and making a dough, remove it from the stove.
Next we put it in another bowl and let it cool down. Next, add a teaspoon of coconut oil to it and prepare the flour dough.
Next we take a board or a plate and sprinkle some wheat flour on it and make the dough thin with a rolling pin.
Now we cut it into desired shape.
Next, we will take a cooking vessel and put it on the stove to heat and after the oil heats up, add the pieces and fry them until golden.
Next we accept it with sugar caramel or jam.
