So eating delicious food on that refreshing day makes the whole day exciting. Today I prepared a delicious dish for breakfast. That is Chili Garlic Potato Recipe. It is a healthy breakfast. Especially this is considered a Korean food. So let's see what ingredients are needed to prepare this.
Materials Used.
2 Well boiled potatoes.
Corn flour 200g.
Some water.
Some finely chopped garlic.
Some Parsley leef.
1/4 Teaspoon of salt.
1 Teaspoon of chilli powder.
1 Teaspoon of sugar.
1 Teaspoon of pepper.
3 Teaspoon of soy sauce.
2 Tablespoons of tomato sauce.
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
Cool Water.
Method of preparation.
Now let's move on to the preparation process. For that, first, mash the boiled potatoes so that there are no pieces.
Then we add corn flour and salt to it. Now add some water to it and make a dough.
Now make small balls from the dough as shown in the pictures below.
Next, we take an empty plastic bottle and place the mouth side of it in the middle of the small ball that we have made and press it to remove the bottle. Shape it like that and keep it aside.
Next we take a pot and put it on the stove and boil water (1l) well.
Next, we boil the prepared dough in hot water for 2 or 3 minutes, flipping it over to cook both sides evenly.
Next, put the flour pieces back into cold water and take them out and put them in another container.
After that, add chopped garlic, parsley leef, chili ,pepper, sugar, soy sauce, tomato sauce and mix. Add about a tablespoon of coconut oil to it and cook it on the stove for about two minutes. After that remove from the heat.
A different taste and a different food, this is suitable for breakfast. So this is a different way of seeing. It can also be used with rice. Enjoy this amazing experience. I will say goodbye again with a new dish.
