Materials Used.
A medium-sized breadfruit.
1 1/2 teaspoons of chili powder.
1 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
Salt powder as required.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
A little crushed garlic.
A finely chopped onion.
Some finely chopped curry leaves.
3 green chillies, finely chopped.
250ml Coconut oil.
100g Breadcrumbs .
5 Tablespoons of wheat flour.
Water.
The cooking process as follows.
Now let's move on to the preparation process. First remove the skin of the breadfruit and wash it. Cut it into strips and remove the cover. Next cut it into small pieces.
Next we add turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well. Then steam it till the breadfruit pieces are steamed well.
Next, we add a salt powder and chilies, pepper to the boiled Breadfruit pieces and crush them well so that there are no pieces.
Now let's take a pot and put it on the stove, put some oil and after it heats up, add garlic, green chillies and curry leaves and fry them. Now add the well crushed breadfruit and mix for about 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
Then we make the prepared mixture into small balls.
Now we prepare a batter to mix these small balls. Add wheat flour, salt and water to a bowl and mix well. Make it into a fairly thick batter.
Dip the prepared balls in the batter. Then roll it in breadcrumbs and keep it separately.
Take a pot again, put oil in it and put it on the stove, after it gets hot, fry the balls till they turn golden.
This delicious cutlet can be eaten with sauce by everyone, big and small. It is a very delicious dish for tea time, birthday party, celebration.
