2 or 3 leek leaves.
3 pods of Kochi chillies.
1 onions.
75g of oysters.
2 Tablespoons of rulang.

The cooking process as follows.
Now let's move on to the preparation process. For that, first wash and clean potatoes, carrots, leeks, ginger, Kochi chilies, etc. and cut them into small pieces.
Put the potatoes in a pot and boil them well. After the potatoes are boiled, mash the potatoes well.
Now take the oats and put them in a bowl and add 1/4 cup of water and stir well. Keep it covered for about 10 minutes.
Now that the oats has melted well, add onion, ginger, chillies, carrot, leeks, mashed potato, rulang and salt to it and mix well.
Now make the prepared oats into small balls and flatten them.
Next, we take a roti tray or a pan and put a table spoon of oil on the stove. After the oil is hot, turn the oats snack on both sides and burn it. As shown in the pictures below.
