Materials Used.
About 10 slices of sandwich bread.
A boiled, mashed potato.
30g boiled green peas.
A finely chopped fish chili pod.
Bread crumbs 50g.
Salt to taste.
Some roasted Kathuru murunga.
Wheat flour 50g.
Coconut oil 100ml.
Some water.
1 Teasppon of pepper powder.
1 Teaspoon of chill powder.
The cooking process as follows.
Now, let's start preparing the mixture. Take a bowl and mash the boiled potatoes well. Then, add the chopped chili, green peas, and mix them together. Next, add chili powder, black pepper powder, and some fried moringa leaves. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined, then set it aside.
Now, take a slice of bread and spread the prepared mixture evenly on it. Then, place another slice of bread on top and press gently to seal it.
Next, I prepared the stuffed bread slices as shown below.
Next, I prepared a batter using wheat flour. To make the batter, take a bowl and add some wheat flour. Then, add a pinch of salt and a little black pepper powder. Gradually add water while mixing until you get a slightly thick batter.
Now, keep the breadcrumbs and batter nearby. Dip the prepared bread pieces into the batter, ensuring they are well coated. Then, coat them with breadcrumbs and set them aside.
Now, as the final step, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add coconut oil and allow it to heat up. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the prepared bread pieces and fry them until they turn golden brown.
