Ambarella 350g.
150g Of sugar.
1/2 Cup of water.
2 or 3 Cinnamon sticks.
About 4 crushed cardamom pods.
A few cloves.
A piece of crushed ginger.
1 Teaspoons of chili powder.
1 Teaspoons of pepper.
Salt to taste.
Method of preparation.
Now let's move on to the preparation process. For that, first wash the ambarella well and remove the upper skin. After that crush the ambarella nuts into small pieces. Thus ambarella is crushed to spread its flavor uniformly.
Next we separate the seeds and pieces of ambarella and use only the pieces for food. So take a bowl and put it on the stove and add some sugar to it after it gets hot.
Next, after the sugar dissolves, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and mix.
Next, we add the ambarella pieces and chili powder, pepper powder, salt and garlic, mix well, add water and cook for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, return it to the thickness as shown below and remove it from the stove.
