Hi my culinary friends all over the world, today I am back again to share a recipe, more precisely a healthy and sweet snack for breaking the fast, made from bananas mixed with glutinous rice flour and filled with brown sugar as a natural sweetener.
As for the outer coating, I coated it with sesame seeds. Wow, you can imagine how delicious this snack is. I really like this snack made from banana and flour whenever and wherever I am. Even when I used to live in a small boarding house during college, I once made this snack when there were some bananas that the landlady gave me at that time. I immediately bought brown sugar flour and sesame seeds and immediately made this snack at the boarding house hehe. And it turns out that after it was cooked, my boarding house friends also liked it, I also didn't expect it.
Okay, let's get back to today, enough of talking about the past. This time, banana onde-onde was a request from my mother. She said she hadn't enjoyed onde-onde for a long time. Coincidentally, there were bananas at home that were given to me by my mother-in-law. So, I started making onde-onde snacks from the bananas.

Materials used
10 bananas
1 piece of brown sugar
Sesame to taste
Manufacturing procedure
Peel the bananas from the skin, until all the skin is gone, then mash the bananas using anything, here I use a glass
After the bananas were mashed, I added the flour gradually.
Next, I knead it until it can be shaped, meanwhile I prepare the pieces of Javanese sugar
Next, I took a little dough, flattened it, then filled it with brown sugar, then I made it into a ball and then coated it with sesame seeds.
I then fry until golden brown or adjust to individual taste.
RESULTS
This is the result, the sesame banana snack filled with brown sugar is ready to be enjoyed, but wait, don't eat it before breaking the fast, I made this snack to break the fast at Maghrib.
Look at the filling inside, the brown sugar melts really well and is really sweet and perfect to enjoy when breaking the fast later.
