I usually cook vegetables at home, whether it's stir-fried vegetables or vegetable soup, well today I want to cook vegetables made into soup, vegetable soup with carrot and chayote fillings, which I usually cook at home as a complementary menu to our rice because if there are no vegetables, it seems like something is missing on my tongue.
With the ingredients I have at home, I just enjoy it, because for the next few days there won't be many vegetable sellers in my area, so just enjoy what I have at home right now.
I will cook anything that can be cooked straight away, as long as it's delicious for me and my family, I'm very happy, because whatever we serve to our family at home, if they finish it, our hearts will be very happy, right?
I think all mothers have the same feelings as me, well, it just so happens that my family also really enjoys eating the vegetables I cook.because we both love vegetables, whatever they are

Materials used
3 mini chayote squash
3 stalks of soup leaves
1 tomato
2 shallots
5 green chilies
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp mushroom stock
Manufacturing procedure
First, as usual, I chopped the carrots and the chayote into elongated matchsticks
I also cut tomatoes, shallots and small green chilies, then I sautéed them in hot oil until they were wilted. After they were wilted, I added the vegetables.
Next I added a little water, salt and pepper powder and the soup leaves.
then I cook until the vegetables are cooked and the sauce has reduced a little
RESULTS
This is the result of our family's favorite vegetable soup, ready to be served and enjoyed together with the family at home. Well, why do we call this vegetable soup, not stir-fried vegetables? Because this vegetable contains a lot of soup leaves, whereas ordinary stir-fried vegetables don't use soup leaves, right? So, these soup leaves or celery are very delicious if added to our daily vegetables.

with the taste of the soup, the aroma of the leaf soup is very delicious in my opinion, plus the vegetables are not too cooked, so that when we chew them there is still a little crunch from the vegetables, because I deliberately didn't cook the vegetables for too long, because I like the texture of vegetables like this
