Sweet and spicy cassava chips, they sound delicious, don't they? I myself really want to devour them all, hehe. The cassava at home was given to me by my neighbor. He harvested a lot of cassava in his yard.
and we were also given some cassava, and I took a large cassava to make these sweet and spicy chips, of course this freshly picked cassava will produce a very authentic taste of chips with the most delicious taste.
Made from cassava or what is usually called cassava, and combined with chili sauce spices such as red chili, cayenne pepper, granulated sugar, salt and palm sugar, I also add lime leaves so that the chips are fragrant and more appetizing.

Materials used
1 large cassava
4 red chilies
3 bird's eye chilies
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon palm sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon mushroom stock

First, I peeled all the cassava skin, then I heated the water and boiled the cassava until it was half cooked, don't let the cassava become soft, just boil it for a short time.
After the cassava was half cooked, I let it cool first, then I ground the spices, chilies and shallots.
Next, I grated the cassava using potato skin shavings. After I grated everything, I fried the cassava until it was reddish.
Next, I sautéed the ground spices with a little cooking oil, then I added salt, sugar, mushroom stock, palm sugar and lime leaves. After the spices were cooked, I added the chips that I had fried earlier. I stirred them until the chips and sambal were evenly distributed.
RESULTS
Well, here are the results of my sweet and spicy cassava chips, they are ready and can be enjoyed together. For one cassava, I got 1 medium-sized jar and one medium-sized small plate too. It's quite a lot, isn't it? Actually, I think this is enough for my house, because there aren't many people in my house, just me, my mother, and my husband, while my child can't eat spicy food.
The crunchy, spicy and sweet taste is truly delicious, coupled with the very fragrant aroma of lime leaves. These chips are perfect as a snack at home, and are also very suitable for sale at stalls with prices that can be adjusted to each area.
