This white mustard green is very good for our health, prioritize our daily cooking menu to include vegetables, mothers, because in my opinion this vegetable is very good for health. The vegetables we consume should also be varied, starting from green, white, orange, purple and others, I myself really like any vegetables that are at home, I just cook it by stir-frying it as usual without using many spices
At first glance it looks ordinary, but don't be mistaken, stir-fried vegetables like this also have a delicious taste. Apart from being delicious, these vegetables are also healthy. Our daily cooking is not complete without vegetables in it.
Do you also feel the same way? Honestly, I almost can't eat without vegetables. As long as there are vegetables in the fridge, I immediately start cooking them in any way and even my mother's recipes are very delicious.
Using the ingredients that were in the refrigerator at home, I started making this vegetable dish. I didn't use many ingredients, just chilies, onions and tomatoes. For the seasoning, I only used salt and mushroom stock.

Materials used
4 green chilies
2 red chilies
7 bird's eye chilies
1/2 tomato
2 shallots
1 clove garlic
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
Manufacturing procedure
First, I prepared the mustard greens and chilies. I washed all the ingredients thoroughly and then chopped them finely
Next, I sautéed the shallots and garlic first. After the onions were wilted, I added the chilies and tomatoes. I sautéed them again until the tomatoes and chilies were wilted.
I added a little water then I put in the vegetables and I cooked them until they were half wilted.
I just added salt and mushroom stock and cooked it until it was perfectly cooked.
RESULTS
Enjoy your lunch today, even though it's just ordinary vegetables, but if you enjoy it together with your beloved family at home, ordinary food becomes even more delicious, in my opinion, it becomes a special dish.
The vegetables are not too soft but still have a crunchy crunchy taste, basically it is very delicious and is very suitable to be enjoyed with warm rice, warm white rice which is my mainstay every day because if I eat rice that is not warm, it doesn't seem right, friends.
