I really like eating all colorful vegetables, especially vegetables that are cooked mixed like this, because for me mixed vegetables are more tempting in terms of taste and color, bean sprouts with sliced carrots make the color of the vegetables even brighter, right?

stir-fried bean sprouts and carrots
The ingredients used are only two types of vegetables and spices such as chili, shallots and garlic, along with one fresh tomato.
Okay, here are the ingredients I use to stir-fry carrots and bean sprouts.
Materials used
1 carrot
5 green chilies
6 cloves of shallots
1 fresh tomato
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mushroom stock
Manufacturing procedure
First of all, I started preparing the bean sprouts, I cleaned the ends, and I threw away the green part that usually sticks to the bean sprouts. Next, I started cutting the carrots, I cut them slightly lengthwise like this.
Next I started cutting green chilies, shallots, garlic and one fresh tomato, this is for me to stir fry.
Next, I take a tablespoon of cooking oil, then I heat the cooking oil and then I put in the stir-fried ingredients, I stir-fry them until they wilt, don't forget to add a little water, salt and mushroom stock,
Then, after the water has dried up a little, I put in the vegetables, then I cook them until the vegetables are cooked, don't forget to check the taste, okay?
RESULTS
This is how I cook carrots and bean sprouts, it tastes savory and delicious, there is a sweet and savory taste too, the level of spiciness is not too spicy, because earlier I did not add cayenne pepper, because these vegetables will be eaten by my child, my child really likes carrots, as long as there are carrots he will definitely eat them.
So what do you think, it's very easy, right? A delicious way to stir-fry vegetables. Delicious vegetables make us want to add rice twice, hehe. Eating it with warm rice and fried fish is already delicious in my opinion.
And sure enough, my child immediately took the carrots to eat with his rice this afternoon. He only took the carrots because he didn't want bean sprouts, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to add carrots to the bean sprouts because I was sure my child would like them.
