As a lover of traditional cakes, I often make traditional cakes at home, today is no exception, to break the fast today I plan to make something sweet, good to eat and fragrant, especially if it's not this jali jali cake, it just so happens that in the fridge there are a lot of jackfruit that was given to me yesterday by his uncle, it's been in the fridge for 2 days, if I keep it for longer I'm afraid the fruit will rot, so I'm sure the jackfruit will become a delicious dish to eat

Materials used
6 glasses of coconut milk
1 glass of granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pandan seasoning
2 sheets of pandan leaves
Manufacturing procedure
First
Take a wok, then add jackfruit flesh that has been cut into small pieces, then add 2 packs of hungkwe flour and also 1 glass of granulated sugar or according to taste
Second
Next add the coconut milk gradually, I use a measuring cup, I add 6 glasses of coconut milk, then I add the pandan seasoning for 1 tablespoon only. Then stir until the flour is no longer lumpy.
Third
Continue cooking on medium heat, do add pandan leaves to make it fragrant and delicious. Cook again until the dough is cooked until it explodes,after cooking, put it in the mold. then wait up to 30 minutes for it to solidify.
RESULTS
The jali-jali jackfruit cake is ready, and it can be served with a serving plate, for this recipe I got 1 cake tin and a small plate, it's quite a lot, it tastes just right, the sweetness is just right, the jackfruit fruit is very fragrant when eaten together with the jali jali cake, basically a very perfect combination in my opinion.
