Hello vegan friends, how are you, I hope you are all well, Yesterday I went to the shopping center, and I found vegan noodles, whichpreviously I really didn't know that Indomie also had a vegan variant, hehhee. That's just me. So when I saw vegan noodles, I immediately took 3 of them.
So without waiting any longer, I immediately bought it and paid for it at the cashier. When I got home, I didn't process it straight away. Instead, the next day I had the idea to process noodle balls mixed with tofu, because previously I had processed chocolate cassava balls.
And okay, I will start making these vegan noodles for my child's snack at home and coincidentally I have 2 boxes of tofu at home, and with a little salt, pepper, and spring onions, I started making this snack.
Ingredients
1 piece of vegan indomie
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
1 stalk of celery
A pinch of salt
A little pepper powder
Sufficient water
Cooking procedure
First
Mix the wheat flour and tapioca flour, add 2 tablespoons of water, salt, a little pepper,

Cut the celery leaves into small pieces and add them to the flour mixture.
Third
Take the Indomie and crush the noodles until they are crushed, and take the noodle seasoning and put it in the flour mixture.
Fourth
After the Indomie package is opened, set the Indomie aside. Take the tofu and put it in the flour mixture. Press the tofu and knead the flour until the dough can be shaped.

Then form the dough into balls, then wrap the dough with the crushed Indomie.

After all the dough is ready to be shaped, fry the dough in hot oil, don't forget to turn it over, and fry until it turns golden brown.
Once cooked, serve on a serving plate and for the dip I added a slightly spicy packaged chili sauce.
