The combination of green beans and baby corn is a very healthy and nutritious vegetable, and this is one of my and my family's favorite vegetables at home, I picked this little corn on purpose in my grandmother's sister's yard, she planted about 100 corn trees, she also really liked this little corn so she picked it to cook clear vegetables, and gave me the rest to stir-fry with green beans.
Meanwhile, beans themselves are green vegetables which are similar to long beans which are rich in nutrients and are also very good for our health. We can get various benefits from beans, one of which is being able to prevent digestive problems, prevent anemia and also maintain heart health, therefore we are strongly advised to eat green and colorful vegetables every day.
And thank God, almost every day I always eat vegetables, because I really like vegetables, it feels like eating rice without vegetables is incomplete, do any of you feel like me?

Materials used
6 pieces of baby corn
10 pieces of green beans
7 pieces of green chili
7 pieces of red chili
5 pieces of cayenne pepper
4 cloves of shallot
1 clove of garlic
1 piece of tomato
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mushroom stock
Cooking procedure
First
First, I peeled all the corn skin until it was all peeled and I also removed the corn silk until it was clean.
Second
I took the beans and corn, I cut them diagonally, I also cut all the chilies, shallots, garlic and tomatoes, after I washed them clean, I sautéed the onions, chilies and tomatoes until wilted
Third
After the onions, chilies and tomatoes have wilted, I put in the vegetables and add a little water, and don't forget to add salt and mushroom stock, then I cook until the vegetables are perfectly cooked and the water has reduced.
RESULTS
My simple vegetables are ready to be enjoyed with hot rice, healthy vegetables like this are very suitable for those of us who are over 30 years old, besides being able to get the delicious taste, you can also get a healthy body, I always cook these simple stir-fried vegetables at home, with various kinds of vegetables that I always combine.
because in my opinion, vegetables combined with various kinds of vegetables are much more delicious when enjoyed, with a mixture of various kinds of simple vegetables, this makes me and my family greedily eat it, and my child is also the same, he really likes corn like this, he said the corn is very sweet, and have you eaten vegetables today, if not, don't forget to always consume vegetables every day.
