Friends, Happy Friday everyone.
I have been trying to share my post again and again through gap. I was out on a family program so I couldn't share the post. Actually, I don't believe in posting every day, especially when I'm out I try to enjoy the outdoors more. And when I am at home, I try to enjoy this platform to the fullest. Today's environment is quite beautiful, sunny and enjoyable in my view.
Today I will share a spicy recipe of my choice and taste. Of course, it's a vegan recipe. In fact, at this time, the month of Ramadan is going on in our country and for religious reasons, this month is very important to us. We all try to maintain the dignity of this month in various ways and become dearer to Allah through self-restraint.
One of the unique features of today's recipe is that it is made with green bananas and no eggs are used. Although in the past we tried to use eggs in such recipes. But since joining this vegan community, I have been trying to make vegan recipes in a different way and taking the opportunity to embrace the taste in a new way.
Honestly every opportunity is necessary for us and for life, but we should take them. Today's recipe was such an opportunity for me, I tried it a little differently and it tasted great. Just as we eat green bananas cooked, we also try to eat them with various types of spices. Hope you like the recipe.
Recipe Ingredients-
- 100 grams of green banana
- 3 onions
- Coriander leaves 5 grams
- 4 green chillies
- Lentils 150 grams
- Rice powder 50 grams
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Oil 5 teaspoons
Recipe preparation phase-
First I peeled and grated the green banana. Then I soaked the lentils for some time and made a paste.
Then I took a plate, on it grated banana, mashed lentil, green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, all the spices.
Then I mixed them well with my hands, after that I took small amounts and kept them in separate plates.
Then I put a pan on the stove and heated the oil. When the oil gets hot, I leave them in the oil for frying.
Then I flipped them over so that both sides get nicely fried, after turning light brown in color, I took them out to serve.
It really tasted great and gave a different pleasure while eating. Honestly sometimes something different makes a great feeling. Moreover, you will not understand that something can be prepared in this way even without eggs, without checking.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
