Friends, Happy Tuesday everyone.
Today was a great day but the weather was mixed, the sun was not very good, it felt a little cold. In fact, this time is the time of season change, due to which it suddenly feels hot and sometimes it feels cold. Everyone has a little bit of discomfort before every season change, now we are trying to get over that period.
Today I will share one of my favorite vegetables, honestly vegetables are always my first choice. However, the people of our region like vegetables more for a different reason, because the people of our country have not yet become so wealthy, and since the price of vegetables is comparatively cheaper, people's appetite for vegetables is a little higher.
But there is another reason and that is, most of the people of our country are involved in agriculture, due to which their interest in vegetables is more. For this reason, the people of our region try to eat more of both rice and vegetables. And spinach eats the most among vegetables. I have already shared some spinach recipes, I will try to share other spinach recipes in the future.
Today's recipe is my favorite because it is made with one of the winter vegetables, Cabbage. However, I have used tomato, carrot and onion leaves with this, due to which the taste of the vegetables is slightly different. Hope you will like today's vegetable recipe.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Cabbage 100 grams
- Tomatoes 50 grams
- Carrot 100 grams
- Onion leaves 50 grams
- 3 onions
- 6 green chillies
- Coriander leaves 5 grams
- 2 teaspoons of corn flour
- Powdered milk 2 teaspoons
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- garam masala powder- 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Oil 2 teaspoon
- Water as required
Preparation phase-
First, I put a wok in a wok and heated it with oil, then fried the onions lightly and then added cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger and garlic paste.
Then after mixing the spices, I burned some more time with salt and tomatoes.
Then I mixed the spices with carrot slices, covered it for some time with a lid.
Then I mixed the spices with carrot slices, covered it for some time with a lid.
Then remove the lid and add light water, then add the corn flour and milk powder mixed with water and mix it with the vegetables.
Then I cooked it for some more time with coriander leaves and green chillies, when the vegetable thickened I took it out to serve.
I removed the vegetables and poured them into a bowl before serving to see how the cooking turned out. In fact, you can easily cook something with great taste by adding more vegetables.
It takes less time to eat and tastes great, this vegetable tastes just as good with steamed rice as it does with wholemeal bread.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
