Today was a bit of mixed weather, with little sunshine, overcast skies but no rain. Amidst this kind of weather there is a fear of when the rains will come. But that didn't happen anymore because it didn't rain today. Everything was fine, there was a bit of extra pressure on the occasion of the last working day of the week.
Today I will share with you another one of my favorite vegetable recipes. This is the Snake gourd, which has a good presence in our markets at this time. Of course, the price is a bit high, but slowly it is also controlled. Prices of vegetables are slightly higher in the early part of the season, but later it returns to normal.
I eat a little more of this vegetable in the summer season, and my cooking styles are almost the same. Most of the time I try to eat my fried food. Such dishes tend to be somewhat dry with very little broth and no vegetables other than potatoes.
In fact, a clear difference can be observed in all cooking areas depending on the region, due to which people of one region may have an extra attraction towards the recipes of other regions. I am hoping for the same with my recipe today.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Snake gourd 350 grams
- 3 onions
- 10 grams of green chillies
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Coriander leaves 5 grams
- Oil 2 tsp
Preparation phase-
First, I heated oil in a pan, then lightly fried onions and green chillies.
Then I sliced snake gourd, then mixed it with salt. Then covered with a lid for some time.
Removed the lid and chopped the coriander leaves, mixed the coriander and then took it out to serve.
See how it looks at the end of cooking, I took a half plate for serving. We cook like this to make something tasty in the fastest time possible.
This type of vegetable fry is not only eaten with hot rice but sometimes we also eat flour bread with it. Especially for breakfast, we prepare various types of bhaji in such a short time.
