Today again after a long time I came with a beautiful recipe, actually now we have the month of Ramadan going on here, which month is much more religious. So we all try our best to observe this month with dignity. For this reason, our office hours have been reduced a bit so that we can quickly return home after office and have Iftar.
It's really a great opportunity for us, besides the weather is nice and cloudy now so that it's a bit easier for us to fast. To be honest, if the environment is too hot, fasting becomes very difficult. Because our body can sweat more in excess heat. But along with fasting, we should also pay attention to nutritious food.
Today I will share with you another new delicious & nutritious recipe. It is very tasty and delicious but do not take too much time. Honestly, vegan recipes are just as nutritious as they are time- and cost-effective. Arum-lobe is a very cheap but popular vegetable in our country. I cooked it a little differently with lentils.
Required Materials-
- Arum-lobe 200 grams
- Lentils 100 grams
- 2 onions
- Garlic 2
- 5 green chillies
- Coriander leaves 5 grams
- Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
- Oil 3 teaspoons
Preparation method-
First I put a pan on the stove and heat oil, then lightly fry garlic and onion.
Then add all the masalas to it with light water and grind them. After that I soaked the lentils for some time and gave them here.
I mixed the lentils with the masala, then rubbed them with the masala with Arum-lobe.
After that I cooked it for some time in light water, added raw chillies and coriander leaves and drained the water and took it out for serving.
View the recipe before the environment to see how it tastes, honestly this is a great recipe not only with rice but with anything. Although we always prefer to eat it with rice.
However, since this is a nutritious recipe, this recipe can also be enjoyed with flour bread for Iftar to retain the nutrients after a whole day of fasting.
