Friends, Happy Saturday everyone.
Today was a beautiful and good day for me. Actually the environment and achievement of work in the office always plays an effective role in keeping my mind good. But there is one more thing that can have more influence on my mind and that is the taste of food.
Good or tasty food can always affect our mood, when we travel to a favorite place, our mood is good for one reason and the second reason is that when we taste our favorite food, our mood is also good. This second reason is more effective in my case. So, I always try to focus a little more on good food.
Today I will share with you a delicious recipe, not only delicious but also my favorite recipe. However, compared to the taste, other nutrients or essential ingredients are very high, due to which these leaves are sold in our city. Because these leaves are not available much in the city. So many people collect the leaves from the village and sell them in the city.
Whenever I go to the village house I bring this leaf with me and try to eat it in various ways. I have prepared a beautiful and tasty recipe with these leaves, which I will share with you through today's post. Hope you will like this nutritious leafy variety recipe.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Centella asiatica leaves 200 grams
- 3 onions
- 5 grams of green chillies
- Lentils 100 grams
- Rice 50 grams
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Oil 8 teaspoon
- Water as needed
Preparation phase-
First, I cleaned and chopped the leaves. Then I soaked the dal and rice in water for some time and then ground them into a paste.
Then I took dal and rice paste in a bowl, along with them chopped onion, chopped raw chilli, chopped Centella asiatica leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
After that I mixed all the ingredients together nicely and flattened them into round shapes little by little.
Then I placed a pan on the stove and heated the oil, after which I fried them well in the hot oil. Once fried, take it out for serving.
This is a really great tasting recipe, hot pakoras are loved by the people of our country and everyone is very interested in them as an evening snack.
I usually like to eat them hot only, but they can be eaten with hot rice and any kind of sauce or chutney. Actually, it depends a lot on taste. The way he likes to eat.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
