Today was not a very good day, because today's temperature was very high as usual and which is more than the last few years, maybe all past records will be broken this year, because the temperature is rising and people around are getting sick very fast. Because fasting all day and then due to excessive heat, everyone will become more weak and sick.
Still, I am trying to do office despite this difficult situation, because we have religious festival Eid ahead, then office will be closed for several days, so there is some pressure of work, trying to finish everything quickly. Extra hot, then I am also keeping all of them everyday, return home quickly and try to focus on cooking again, may not be able to share regular recipes.
Today I am going to share with you a different recipe with great taste, it is cooked with bitter gourd. That is, the main ingredient of this recipe is bitter gourd, during summer we eat a little bit more of this bitter gourd recipe considering the health. But I did add some other ingredients to increase the flavor level. I almost do it like this considering the taste, hope you like today's recipe.
Recipe Ingredients-
- 100 grams of bitter gourd
- Potatoes 100 grams
- Tomatoes 50 grams
- 3 onions
- 4 green chillies
- Coriander leaves 5 grams
- 1 dry chili
- Mustard 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp.
Recipe Preparation Phase-
First I put a pan on the stove and heat oil and then lightly fry the bitter gourd in it. Then I added potatoes, dry chillies, mustard and cumin seeds.
Then I add tomatoes and mix with all the spices and cook for some time.
Then I added onions, fried bitter gourds and cooked it with light water.
Cooked like this for some time with water, then added coriander leaves and raw chillies and took it out to serve.
Before serving, see how today's cooking looks, it looks very tasty and tempting to take to the bowl. This is a great recipe with hot rice or flour bread, although I ate it with hot rice.
In fact, it is not just about the recipe, it has to be related to the taste as well as the nutritional aspect, this recipe is very suitable in this summer season, I like to eat it very much.
