Soybeans (1 packet)
Potatoes (5 pcs)
Oil (as per quantity)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Turmeric (1 teaspoon)
Cumin paste
Dry chili paste
Spice paste
Methods of making :
First, cut the potatoes and wash the soybeans.
Fry soybeans and potatoes in hot oil.
Add salt and turmeric and mix the soybeans and potatoes together well.
Add cumin and chili paste.
Add water.
Cover the pan & it should be kept in the oven for some time to dry the water.
Now it is ready to serve.
