Hope everyone is well. Today I was cooking a nutritious recipe with raw bananas so thought to share with you. I am trying to present each step simply.It is also delicious to eat.
Ingredients :
Raw banana - 2 pcs
Potatoes - 2 pcs
Cumin paste - As needed
Cumin - As needed
Green chilli paste - with 10 pcs chillies
Mustard paste - 1 teaspoon
Oil - As needed
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
The methods of making :
Take 2 raw bananas and 2 pcs potatoes. Then cut them into small pieces. Discard the thin covering when cutting bananas.
After cutting bananas and potatoes, wash them well in water. Bananas are sticky so soak them a little longer. I soaked for 10 minutes.
Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.
After frying the cumin, put it in another bowl. After cooking the curry, take the curry out of this bowl. Then fry the potatoes.
Add banana after frying potatoes. Banana fry takes less time. So banana should be added later. Then I used 1 teaspoon tumeric. Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.
Add water as needed. No need to add extra water.Cover the pan for another 5 minutes. Now everything will boil better. After 5 minutes remove the lid.
Now add salt as required. I used 1 teaspoon salt.
Take 10 pcs green chillies. Then make it paste. But not everyone likes chili. So add chilli as per your need.
Grind the cumin. Then add 1 teaspoon mustard paste. Mustard paste will give extra flavor to the curry.
Mix all the ingredients together well. The better the ingredients are mixed, the better the taste.
Then cover the pan again for 2-3 minutes. Lift the lid and mash 5-6 potatoes.

After mashing the potatoes, mix it with the curry. Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat. Then take it down.
