Hope everyone is well. Today I was cooking a nutritious curry so thought to share with you. I am trying to present each step simply.It is also delicious to eat.
Ingredients :
Raw banana - 2 pcs
Potato - 3 pcs
Cumin - As needed
Yardlong bean - 200 grams
Green chillies - 6 pcs
Tumeric - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - As needed
The methods of making :
First I took 3 pcs potato and 2 pcs raw banana. I cut each potato into 5-6 pieces. I peeled and chopped the banana. Then cut the yardlong beans into small pieces.
Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.After frying cumin keep it aside in another bowl.
Now add banana and potato and then yardlong bean to the pan. Everything should be fried together now. It will take 5 minutes to fry.
Add water as needed. No need to add extra water.Add salt and turmeric as needed. I used 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon tumeric.Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.
Mix everything well and then add 6 pcs chillies. Not everyone likes chilli so add chilli as per your need.
Cover the pan for another 5 minutes. Now everything will boil better. After 5 minutes remove the lid. Then add 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
Keep stirring the curry and wait for the water to boil. Wait like this for 2-3 minutes.
Take 3-4 pcs potatoes in a bowl. Then make it paste and add it to pan.
Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
