Hope everyone is well. Today I was cooking a vegan recipe with raw bananas so thought to share with you.It is beneficial for health.I am trying to present each step simply.It is also delicious to eat.
Ingredients :
Raw banana - 2 pcs
Potatoes - 2 pcs
Bay leaves - 2 pcs
Cumin paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Green chillies - 9 pcs
Oil - As needed
The methods of making :
Take 2 potatoes and 2 raw bananas. This curry can be cooked without potatoes. But the taste will be better with potatoes.
Cut the potatoes and bananas. Discard the thin coating while slicing. The thinner they are, the better they will fry and boil.
Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.
Add 2 bay leaves, banana and potato to the pan. Meanwhile, keep the pan on medium heat. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric as needed. I used 1 teaspoon tumeric.Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.
Mix the vegetables well with the tumeric. It is important to mix the vegetable to have a beautiful color.
Add water as needed when frying these. No need to add extra water.Wait for frying well.
Add salt as required. I used 1 teaspoon of salt. I think 1 teaspoon is enough.
Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. By this time the everything will be boiled. Then open the lid and add green chillies.
Take 9 green chillies. Cut them in half. Be sure to wash with water after cutting.
Add cumin paste after adding green chillies. Cumin paste will enhance the taste of the curry and add aroma.
Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
