Hope everyone is well. Today I was cooking stem amaranth curry so thought to share with you. I am trying to present each step simply.It is also delicious to eat.
Ingredients :
Stem amaranth - 250 grams
Potatoes - 2 pcs
Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Green chilli - 3 pcs
Oil - As needed
Cumin - As needed
The methods of making :
Cut the stem amaranth & potatoes. Note that the bark should be cleaned well while cutting. Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces.
Add oil to the pan. Heat oil then fry cumin for 1 minute.
Add vegetables. Now the vegetables should be fried for a while. This will enhance the taste.
Mix everything together well. If everything is not mixed well, the taste will not be good.
Add turmeric as directed.Turmeric makes food look more attractive.
Now add water and green chillies. But keep in mind that water should be given in very small quantity. Because if you add too much water it will taste bad.
Now add salt as per instructions. This amount may vary from person to person. Because not everyone has the same taste.
Cover the pan for 10 minutes. Everything will boil well if covered.
After 10 minutes open the lid. But keep it in the pan for another 5 minutes. Then take it down.
