Today I was always running around running errands and I didn't have time to eat. There were usually fast food vendors where I was. I didn't have time to sit down and have a nice meal. At home I had prepared a salad with avocado and other green vegetables and I put it in a storage container to take it with me when I went out and unfortunately I forgot to put it in my bag. So I can say that I was hungry all day. I tried hard not to eat fast food because I have been eating consistently healthy for a long time and I didn't want to spoil it.
I spent almost the whole day with water and black tea. Normally, I can't drink plain tea, I need to eat something with cookies VS something because when I drink tea alone, it feels bitter and my stomach is uncomfortable. But today I had to drink tea empty. I say I had to because it is impossible for me to drink black tea! I can't drink coffee on its own either, and when I starve myself for so long I get weak and feel bad, so I had to leave my work halfway through and go back home, because health is more important than anything else! Of course, I have to say that I like the comfort of home. I love being at home, spending too much time outside is not for me. I am a house cat!
Savior Avocado!
Dear avocado, you have always been with me in my most difficult moments. Avocado is so valuable to me! There is always avocado in my savior recipes. It adds incredible flavor to every recipe it enters. It is also very delicious when the flavor is supported. In such cases, I immediately combine avocado with other green vegetables and make a salad. I make a nice dressing with lemon, olive oil and salt. It suddenly becomes a satisfying light meal. When I came home, I immediately ate my salad, which was ready;
- Avacado
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Tomato
The dressing was olive oil, lemon and salt. After eating my salad, I started to feel good and I congratulated myself for not eating fast food outside. Now that my stomach is full, we can end the day happily. Love to all of you at the end of a successful day full of challenges!
