I have been a bit sick for a few days due to the change of seasons. Today it is rainy and overcast again. There is a gloomy atmosphere in the air and it reflects on my mood. I hadn't eaten anything all day and I was starting to feel sluggish and I hadn't taken the vitamins I should have. I went into the kitchen to prepare something to restore my body resistance. I wanted something healthy and something I liked a little bit to lift my spirits. At times like this, I always prefer porridge.
It is a recipe in which I can add many healthy and delicious products. While eating something healthy, I don't compromise on flavor. I want to say that I used a little more ingredients this time because I needed to take some vitamins because I was sick. I especially added the dates to be completely healing for me. I used bananas and peanut butter only in a part of the plate while presenting it on the plate. Because I also like to eat this recipe with plain cocoa. I separated it to have two flavors on a plate. I will be writing the recipe in detail below. I hope you enjoy reading it! π§βπ³π€
Required ingredients ;
- 5 spoons of oats
- 300 ml of water
- 1 spoon of cacao
- 1 spoon of coconut oil
- 1 banana
- 1 date
- 1 spoon of peanut butter
- 4 walnuts
Preparation ;
First of all, I put the oats and water on the stove to cook over low heat. I add cocoa and coconut oil on it and continue to cook by stirring until it thickens.
Then I take the thickened oats on a suitable plate and continue to add the other ingredients in order. I finely chop the bananas and add peanut butter and walnuts on it.
Finally, I crush one date and add it into it. I add the date to get the vitamin completely, so one is enough. Then I add coconut and finish.
That's it! It was a very satisfying, healthy and very delicious recipe. In this overcast gloomy weather, it was a flavor that would motivate me a little while lying sick! Even the sight of it made me feel good.
It is quite difficult to shoot while preparing recipes on such days. I respect people who share recipes, it is really a tedious job to prepare and shoot, but I got so used to and love it here that I wanted to shoot and share it as much as I could even when I was sick. Actually, I am not someone who actively uses social media, but I like to be active on hive.blog. I guess my dream as a child was to be a columnist, so I love writing here. I also feel free here because there is no one I know. It's like a world that belongs only to me, and a haven to get away from stress. While we're on the subject, I have to say it! I love you hive.blog and my hive.blog family with different cultures here... π€ππΈπ
