How are you? I hope you are fine. Today I will be sharing with you my healthy meal that I prepared for the evening! It will be a very tasty and very practical recipe, especially for people who are vegan.
Recently, my diet has deteriorated, especially sweets, and the results were not very pleasant. That's why I decided to make changes in my diet and consume healthier foods. First of all, I started by removing packaged foods from the house, because no matter how much she decides, I can't stand it when there is junk food at home, especially when it's sweet. Because I have an incredible weakness for sweets. No matter how hard I try to stay away, it's not very possible. Instead, I try to meet my sugar needs with healthier foods. As for my recipe for today, I loved it! It was a satisfying and enjoyable meal for me.
Baked Broccoli, Carrot Fries!
Necessary materials ;
✔️1 bunch of broccoli
✔️2 carrots
✔️2 potatoes
✔️olive oil
✔️Salt
Fabrication ;
When I started eating, I first soaked the vegetables in vinegar water. Then I peeled the potato skins and set them aside. I used to shave the carrots beforehand and keep the water-filled jar in the cupboard. In this way, it is both practical and longer-lasting. Since the carrots were ready to be chopped finely, I started to cut the Potatoes into finger thickness.
Then I laid out all the ingredients on the baking tray on which I laid greaseproof paper. And I poured salt and oil on it and cooked it in a 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
And ready! It is such a practical and delicious recipe that you can serve it on your different dishes as a garnish alongside other dishes.
