Besides being efficacious for health, for those of you who catch a cold easily, it is not recommended to consume large portions of ripe papaya, this is because papaya fruit is cold in the stomach and easily causes bloating.
I can't wait to enjoy papaya which tastes spicy and sweet, the ingredients I use are natural ingredient that we can easily get around where we live or we buy in the market. The ingredients used to make sweet spicy papaya are:
500 gram ripe papaya
The spices used are :
6 pieces of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
2 pieces red chilies
100 grams palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon tamarind
50 mL of warm water
how to make:
The first step: put the tamarind in warm water, don't forget to remove the seeds
The second step: wash the cayenne pepper and red chili, then add the cayenne pepper, red chili and salt into the mortar (especially for cayenne pepper, don't remove the stalk so you don't get a stomach ache when eating it).
The third step: mash cayenne pepper, red chili and salt until smooth.
The fourth step: add palm sugar into the chili that has been mashed, then mash all the ingredients until smooth.
The fifth step: after all the ingredients are finely ground then add the tamarind water into the smooth spices.
Because of the sweet taste of papaya, I only used a little palm sugar, you can add palm sugar and soy sauce to enrich the taste.this is the spice that I have pureed.
Next, let's wash the papaya, then cut the papaya according to taste, don't forget to peel the skin.
let's put the spices and papaya together😅
