Anyway, today I have prepared a very very tasty and nutritious recipe. This recipe is my favorite. I learned to make this recipe from my mother
yardlong bean is a very popular vegetable of Bangladesh. This vegetable can be eaten cooked or raw. yardlong beans contain many natural nutrients that are very beneficial for our human body
yardlong bean contains a lot of protein, calcium, iron and various vitamins. It plays an important role in filling the nutritional deficiency of the body.
And shrimp fish is very favorite of everyone like me. The nutritional properties of shrimp fish are really very beneficial for every person.
Anyway, let me share with you step by step how I made this delicious recipe with Nutritious yardlong Beans, Potatoes and Prawns. Hope you all like my recipe.

| yardlong beans | 500 grams |
| potatoes | 3 |
| shrimp fish | 100 grams |
| Green chillies | Six-seven |
| onion | 2 |
| Turmeric powder | 1 spoon |
| Cumin Coriander powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Soybean oil | 6 tbsp |
step 1:
First I will take a medium size potato if it is peeled. Once the potato is peeled, then I will cut the potato into medium size pieces and wash them together. The shrimps are already cut and washed with water and taken separately. When all the ingredients are washed, put six spoons of soybean oil in a pan on the stove
step 2:
When the oil is hot in the pan, fry the chopped onions and green chillies in the pan on medium flame. When the onions become light pink in color, fry the prawns in the pan for three minutes.
step 3:
When the prawns are fried with onion for three minutes, now I will add all the spices powder to the pan and fry all the spices powder for a while. When the spices are fried, I will add the washed beans to the pan.
step 4:
Mix all the ingredients with masala and cover with a lid and fry for ten minutes. After 100 minutes, when the beans and potatoes are fried, I will close the oven.
