Quiero compartirles la segunda parte de una serie de publicaciones tituladas: Divertidos y deliciosos platos con frutas, verduras y vegetales; un hermoso proyecto que estoy realizando en conjunto con mi hijo menor.
Les cuento que el es mi ayudante, y está muy entusiasmado, me ayuda en la elaboración de los platos, y se los come toditos, jajaja.
En esta oportunidad realizamos un tierno oso con patilla cuyo nombre científico es Citrullus lanatus, cambur (musa paradisíaca), y mandarina (Citrus reticulata).

In this opportunity we made a tender bear with patilla whose scientific name is Citrullus lanatus, cambur (musa paradisíaca), and mandarin (Citrus reticulata).

MATERIALES
1 trozo de patilla
1 cambur
1 mandarina.

PREPARACIÓN
Lavar muy bien las frutas, y pelar.
la mandarina la cortamos a la mitad, y sacamos tres circulos de patilla 1 grande y los otros 2 más pequeños.
PREPARATION
Wash the fruits very well and peel them.
Cut the mandarin in half, and take out three circles of the mandarin, 1 large and the other 2 smaller ones.
Se coloca la rueda grande de patilla como base, que será la cara del oso, y encima se coloca la pequeña que será la nariz.

La otra rueda pequeña se corta a la mitad, y serán las orejas.
