ingredients:
🔹2 rice vermicelli.
🔹50 grams of cabbage
🔹50 grams of bean sprouts.
🔹1 shallot, can be an onion.
🔹1 clove of garlic.
🔹5 cayenne peppers.
🔹5 candlenuts.

🔹sufficient cooking oil.
🔹salt to taste.
how to make:
🔹soak the rice noodles in one place, add water,soak for 5 minutes.
