Potatoes in my area are sold at a price of 12,000 rupiah per kilo gram, when shopping I never miss this potato, I really like to prepare any snack recipes and side dishes made from potatoes, such as the potato sticks that I am showing at the moment.

Ingredients :
🔹3 potatoes.
🔹1 tablespoon cornstarch.
🔹1 tablespoon wheat flour.
🔹10 ml soup leaves.
🔹1 teaspoon pepper.
🔹1/2 teaspoon salt.
🔹12 teaspoons of red chili powder.
🔹200 grams of oil.
How to make :
🔸 Peel the potato skin, cut into thin pieces so they cook quickly when steamed.
🔸steam the cleaned potatoes for approximately 15 minutes.
🔸chop the soup leaves.
🔸When it's cooked, lift the potatoes, put them in a place to mash until smooth.
🔸When the potatoes are smooth and mashed, add the ground pepper, stir evenly.
🔸Add red chili powder, stir evenly.
🔸 add cornstarch.
🔸 Add the flour, stir well.
🔸Add salt and soup leaves, stir well.
🔸print the dough into long shapes like sticks, do this until the dough runs out.
🔸 Heat the oil, add the potatoes that were formed earlier.
